He was killing it back in the U.N.L.V. glory days and was killing it when he had his beef with Mystikal. His style was one of a kinda but do u think he would have played a major role when Cash Money was on top of the world and became a major artist too.

I heard something like this too about some incident with Baby that happened at a club and then he put a hit out on his head. I do not know if this is true or not though

Cash Money signed in spring of 98, he was killed in tha spring of 97. I do remember reading interviews saying Cash Money cleaned their roster sometime in between that. But if you ask UNLV they'll tell you that they were tha reason Cash Money got signed.

like I said, if you ask them
But they Cash Money also mentioned how they negotiated tha deal for about a year. So I would say that UNLV played a part in getting tha deal, but I wouldn't say tha reason. That was around tha time "Drag Em In Tha River" was hot.

I belive its this song: UNLV ft. B.G.-Drag Em Pt 2

where Lil ya explains how yella punched slim in the face, downed baby, and mannie ran outta the room. I also heard yella shot up baby's cars because he wouldnt give them their publishing back.

    you mean wendy day right?

i dont really do these what if threads it is just like the pac and biggie threads because there is no telling what would have happned because they are both dead, but ya and tec were still getting some label intrest from other labels but that shit was getting shutdown. tec was the better rapper(imo), but yella boy was the nigga that made everything go.

and they all claim to have been the ones that got CMR there deal from juve, b.g.,unlv, and baby so that aint really nothing new.

Lil Ya says "You aint got no strap, remember yella knocked you out, tec flipped suga slim, the other clown ran out"

    N BG says somethin similar.

But i dont think they woulda have made an impact. like the other roster, because the hbz were younger, attracting a female audience.

Yeah, they're quite attractive! I'd like to see a tape of Weezy and Lil Kim having raunchy gremlin sex!

hmmm yella?good question but i think not.coz baby cleared his roster for universal thats why unlv were mad.anyway yella ran his mouf alot and said and snitch alot of baby's business not just da shoot up.baby probarly had alot of secrets to protect so he most likely had dat nigga meet his maker.
OBAMA.....CONTRARY TO YOUR BELIEVES PEOPLE OF THE ERTH WOULD NEVER KNEEL DOWN.
