Catching Up

It’s been a lot going on so I wanted to check in with my readers before I jump into the next series of blog posts.

We’re halfway through 2009. There are a few good music conferences coming up that I hope to see Word of South readers attending.

I wanted to give thanks to all the readers of this blog who contact me on Twitter and through email to ask questions and give support.

Right now, I’m putting together a bunch of events and workshops that deal with music and/or technology so my plate is full trying to put the finishing touches on each of those projects.

My television project Indie Planet TV is kicking off some new episodes that will air on the internet. If you are a rap artist or group and have quality videos in .mov, .mpg, or .avi , send them to indieplanetmail@gmail.com so that they can be considered for the playlist.

Other than that, thanks for checking in. Be on the lookout for new material from me as I’ve been doing a lot of things that I think would benefit those who are looking to take their digital music knowledge to the next level.
