Mom Of T.I.’s Sons Wants More Money To Raise Boys

The mother of two of T.I.’s children has sued the rapper for more child support, claiming she is having a hard time supporting the boys with the $2,000 a month he is providing.
Lashon Dixon, 29, and T.I., 27, have known each other since they were teenagers and dated before he reached rap megastar status. Their boys are ages seven and eight.
Dixon said she wants a court to order a stipend that is equal to the rapper’s success. A telephone call and e-mail to T.I.’s publicist at Atlantic Records was not immediately returned Thursday.
T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, is currently serving 1,000 hours of community service, and will afterward serve a year in prison on federal weapons charges.
He also has two sons with his fiancée, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, of the defunct R&B group Xscape. The couple also had a daughter who died shortly after childbirth in 2007.
